Mike
and Eileen (his mom) cook everything in our
very own kitchen. We are allowed to say everything
is "home cooked". We prepare many
Jewish dishes including: knishes, potato latkes,
kugels, stuffed cabbage, and matzah balls. Full
brisket, turkey, and baked stuffed chicken dinners
are also a specialty. Mike's daily prep list
consists of everything from cooking off corned
beef, turkeys, roastbeef, and tongue to making
hot daily luncheon specials.
